| I retired from my position as professor of philosophy at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in May 2010. I stopped doing philosophy at that time have since been working on improving my French, using programs that I wrote myself. I moved to a condo in Chicago in 2010 and to a house in Decatur in 2014. I spent October in Paris five times from 2012 to 2017 but have avoided flying since then, partly for environmental reasons. Here are links to:
